EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique(s). It is essentially a blend of talk therapy with physical acupressure, where you use your finger tips to tap on different acupuncture meridian points throughout your body.
EFT Tapping is for anyone, and I genuinely mean that. A customized tapping session is typically between 60-90 minutes long. During this time, we go over some initial thoughts and feelings you are experiencing to narrow down where the resistance, physical sensation, or blocks are stemming from. All sessions are done via Zoom.
Then, we tap. While talking through these feelings and working in some affirmations using the McDonald Manifestation Method to EFT Tapping, we tap on acupuncture meridian points throughout the head, face, and body.
Talking while tapping on these specific points help to rework your neuropathic waves and rewire your subconsicous to help change your way of thinking.
If you're finding yourself always stressed, anxious, on edge, reactive, or fearful, you could be stuck in fight or flight. Working through this with EFT Tapping can bring you to a desired rest/repose state.
I get it, feelings are freaking hard. Feelings are meant to flow through us like a tunnel, but if we don't truly FEEL them, they get absorbed like a sponge, prisoned to forever live in our body until they're released. EFT Tapping can release those feelings leading you to emotional freedom.

A 21 day group program of daily live tapping sessions lead via Facebook Live/Zoom. These events happen once every quarter, and give you a taste of what tapping can do for you at a very small price.
Since this is a group event, tapping will be generic on a handful of topics to serve everyone, however some specifics can be integrated via live commenting.
Know what you want to work on, and want to work on it now? On demand sessions were made for you in mind. I have a select amount of bundled pre-recorded sessions that are available to you for life. This self led experience takes you through 4 separate tapping sessions, each building off of the previous session. Use as many times as you need in order to achieve your desired results. Please note: these are generic and do not get in to deep customization.
